Design Build

When looking for an all-in-one project approach, we will provide design-build services to simplify the project process for you. We have a great network of architects and designers that can cater to your project needs. With this approach, you will not need to act as the intermediary between the architect and Top Notch Builders.

Permitting

The permitting phase of any project can be complicated and the requirements vary substantially with each project. To remove the stress our clients can endure, we provide in house permit processing to help you avoid the long lines and countless departments at city hall.
