Top Notch Builders was founded in 1994 and is committed to enriching the Bay Area by partnering with its clients to design–build property remodels, expansion or new construction projects. Our services include General Contracting, Design-Build, and Permitting. We specialize in concrete and rough framing, but we have the capabilities and talents to perform turnkey construction where we can handle it all from the foundation to the roof, inside and out.
